RETURNS

Once an order has been completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Mugs and Tumblers are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.

We make our items immediately as they are ordered. Due to our personalized and custom service, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges.

There are some exceptions to this, we will refund or replace the item if there is a mistake on our part. In such case, please contact us as soon as the item is delivered.
